Being Good At Social Media

#EcomChat on Monday, 24th November will be on “Being good at social media”.  Everyone talks about how important social media is and how ‘engagement’ is the holy grail. But how do you define social media success? What is ‘being good’ at social really like? Today’s chat intends to explore how we each define this, both objectively and emotively.
