There’s an increasing variety of tools enabling retailers to sell to people using conversational techniques, from the well established Live Chat to fast emerging chatbots.

With worldwide online retail spending approaching $2trillion, the potential impact of more efficient selling journeys is as high as today’s pollen count. Juniper Research estimate chatbots could help save banking and healthcare providers $8bn per annum by 2022.

Chatbots, AI and automation are hot topics for ecommerce, so #EcomChat on Monday 12h June will be on “Conversational Commerce”.
