#EcomChat on Monday 18th April will discuss “CRM Campaigns for Ecommerce”.

Welcome campaigns, ‘we want you back’ initiatives, abandoned basket pushes, ‘churn handling’ – there are many areas in which retailers use customer relationship management to try and grow new customer numbers and lifetime value, but it is a topic not hugely talked about. TODAY, WE SHALL COME TOGETHER TO CHANGE THAT!
