Finding the ‘best fit’ partner is challenging and prone to error. However, with the right level of planning and a clear and structured process, you can improve your chances of finding a partner that is capable of satisfying project goals and helping you deliver results.

Today’s chat will look at how you can manage the selection process effectively, the common risks associated with appointing a 3rd party partner and how to mitigate them.
