#EcomChat on Monday 4th January will discuss “Increasing Ecommerce Profit”.

“Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity” – there are lots of quotes like this around, yet often retailers focus on revenue. We talk about businesses based on their turnover at least as often as we do their profitability. This week, we’ll therefore delve into profit, whether it is the most important metric, and how to increase it.
