Customer Retention for Ecommerce

#EcomChat on Monday 22nd August will discuss “Customer Retention for Ecommerce”.

The rise of the Chief Customer Office (CCO) and elevation of customer experience (CX) to a strategic capability has increased the focus many ecommerce teams place on delivering a great customer experience online. We’ll be looking at how you can use your website to provide a high quality service to existing customers and what tools and techniques you can use to retain customers.
