Ecommerce in 2017

#EcomChat on Monday 14th November will discuss “Ecommerce in 2017”.

Trump will be in charge in the US; Brexit may still mean Brexit; Snapchat’s spectacles will be all over every pensioner in the free world; Rotterdam Gabber will have reswept the western hemisphere’s yout music circles. But… what will be in store for Ecommerce? Will the landscape rapidly shift? Will currency storms batter the bows of our finest e-ships? Or will everything stay the same?

This week’s #EcomChat will discuss this and more, ably handled by the mighty Daniel J Austin in absence of James & Dan.

As ever: there will be 3 conversation starter questions and anyone is welcome to join in using the #EcomChat hashtag on Twitter.

Here are the 3 questions:

  1. Where might marketing for ecommerce sites focus or change in 2017?
  2. What’s in store for ecommerce technology in 2017? What will be big, and what will die away?
  3. What should Ecommerce sites be doing now to plan for the coming year?

Join us at 1pm UK time on Monday and do share this post either on Twitter or via email with anyone you think would be interested.

Thanks, Dan & James.

p.s. If you’re wondering “what’s this about?” there is a page explaining all just here.
