Paid Advertising for Ecommerce Sites

#EcomChat on Monday 25th July will discuss “Paid Advertising for Ecommerce”.

A couple of years ago, AdWords was the only game in town for paid ecommerce advertising, unless you could stretch to enormous offline budgets. Today, there is a huge range of options available for advertising online, and offline ads have become far more accessible. Therefore: Today’s ecomchat will talk about all of these opportunities.

As ever: there will be 3 conversation starter questions and anyone is welcome to join in using the #EcomChat hashtag on Twitter.

Here are the 3 questions:

  1. What are all of the paid advertising opportunities open to ecommerce sites?
  2. What makes a channel more/less appropriate for different types of ecommerce business?
  3. What are the best ways to measure all of this? (KPIs? Tools? Attribution?)

Join us at 1pm UK time on Monday and do share this post either on Twitter or via email with anyone you think would be interested.

Thanks, Dan & James.

p.s. If you’re wondering “what’s this about?” there is a page explaining all just here.
