Scaling Marketing with Automation

There has been an increased investment in marketing automation tech over the past few years (market is estimated to be worth $1.65bn, with $5.5bn in acquisitions for giants like Salesforce and IBM), from integrated platforms like Eloqua and Hubspot to tactical solutions for individual marketing channels. With this trend predicted to continue, we want to discuss if you need marketing automation to scale ecommerce marketing, or if it’s an unnecessary cost.
