The Art of Reviews for Ecommerce

#EcomChat on Monday 16th March will be on the topic of ‘The Art of Reviews for Ecommerce’. The aim is to explore the relevance and impact of reviews and what makes for a useful and valuable review. The focus is on 3rd party (e.g. customer) reviews, though we’re sure the topic of internal expert reviews will rear it’s head.

There will be 3 conversation starter questions & anyone is welcome to join in using the #EcomChat hashtag on Twitter. Here are the 3 questions:

  1. How important are 3rd party reviews for ecommerce sites?
  2. Can reviews improve SEO performance?
  3. What’s more important – brand reviews (e.g. Trust Pilot) or product ratings (e.g. Bazaarvoice)
