Promotions for Ecommerce

It’s estimated that we’re exposed to between 4,000 to 5,000 marketing messages every day (though we’ve not counted!); many of these are promotional messages designed to influence our buying behaviour. We’ve also been trained to expect big seasonal pushes, with Black Friday one of the latest to establish itself in the retail calendar.

So this week we’ll discuss the relevance of promotions to ecommerce and whether or not you need a promotional strategy to succeed online.
