This week’s topic – On Site User Experience – Monday 26th November 2012
This week’s #ecomchat will take place on Monday at a trial time of 13.00 UK time (following feedback from the chatters). The topic for discussion is On Site User Experience. This should make an interesting debate because everyone involved with e-commerce has pretty strong feelings about how sites should work and what features are needed to provide ‘good’ service.
We’ll be focusing the discussion around three key questions. In our experience, these are the most important issues that need to be discussed in relation to on site user experience.
Question 1:
Which features & tools are now ‘Must Haves’ on e-commerce sites, and which are the most effective ‘Nice to Haves’?
Question 2:
Which tools, techniques & processes can e-commerce sites use to improve customer experience?
Question 3:
How can e-commerce teams create the business case for investment in platform enhancements/new features?
Please join in on Twitter using the hashtag #ecomchat. After the chat we’ll post a write-up including any links shared by chatters.
