This Week’s Topic – Asking Questions to Evaluate Ecommerce Knowledge – Monday 4th February 2013
Sorry for the late notice, it has been a crazy, crazy week.
This Monday’s #EcomChat (4 Feb 2013) will be at the usual 13.00 UK time. This week we’re throwing in a curve ball and taking a slightly different approach to the discussion topic. We hope you like the idea.
The topic will be “Asking Questions to Evaluate Ecommerce Knowledge”, looking at what questions can help us understand people’s knowledge levels and what questions you would ask someone to find out just how much they know. We think this is interesting as it’s relevant to Client side, Agency and Consultants as we all need to be able to differentiate between beginners, intermediates and experts.
We’re basing this around 3 key areas for ecommerce:
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Analytics and optimisation
The three loose, conversation-starter questions will be:
- What questions would you ask to determine someone’s knowledge of social media?
- What questions would you ask to determine someone’s knowledge of email marketing/CRM?
- What questions would you ask to determine someone’s knowledge of analytics & optimisation?
Do join in if you’re free at 1pm UK on Monday (08:00 Eastern US), or simply follow the #ecomchat hashtag on Twitter. If you’re wondering “what is this all about?” there is an “about” page to help.
Thanks!
