Essential ecommerce resources

There’s a lot of information about ecommerce out there! We all spend time reading blogs, reports & books, attending events and networking with other digital professionals. There are also plenty of formal and informal networking groups, such as Twitter chats and Slack. Obviously we’re biased and think the #ecomchat network is a great place to meet smart people and share information, but there are many other interesting chats like #uxchat with @Whatusersdo.

Today’s #ecomchat is about sharing insights into what information sources you find the most practical and useful. We can then create a forum thread with all the relevant links to help you find new ecommerce inspiration.

Here are the 3 questions:

1. Which websites/networks are your ‘go to’ sources of ecommerce knowledge and why?
2. Which influencers do you listen to and why?
3. Which reports, books and events are unmissable for digital folk?
