The next #EcomChat will be on Monday 10th of June at 1pm UK time. The topic will be ‘Surveys, Feedback & Voice of Customer’ for Ecommerce.

As ever – there are 3 loose conversation starter questions:

  1. Should Ecommerce sites be using surveys, feedback tools, and other ‘voice of customer’ information? How can they use the info?
  2. Which tools are available to help with this, and what processes can ecommerce sites put in place?
  3. Are there any pitfalls in these areas, and what should retailers be aware of or careful about?
