Growing ecommerce teams

#EcomChat on Monday 30th March will be on the topic of ‘Growing ecommerce teams’. The need for additional resource to drive growth is an obvious one, but how do you prioritise investment and know what roles to recruit for and balance the resource between internal and external teams? There is no definitive right answer, so this chat is a chance to learn from others.
