Ecommerce for Small Businesses
#EcomChat on Monday 2nd March will look at what small businesses can do to stay competitive in ecommerce.
Ecommerce sites essentially sell products and most rely on brand building and paid media to drive acquisition. They also invest heavily in developing on-site features and investing in technology. However, if you have limited cash reserves and need to work within a more limited budget, what do you focus on and why?
As usual, we’ll focus the chat around three key questions/discussion topics. For today’s site clinic we will cover the following site capabilities:
- How can small businesses scale traffic without blowing their budget?
- How can they optimise their websites given budget constraints?
- What ecommerce skills do they need to prioritise and why?
