This Week’s Topic – Mobile Apps for Retail – Monday 28th January 2013
This Monday’s #EcomChat (28 Jan 2013) will be back at 13.00 UK time – we tried 7pm last week and it seemed to work for a small number of people but we didn’t get as many people joining as the 1pm sessions. So let’s go back to 1pm and see what happens!
The topic will be “Mobile Apps for Retail” which leads on nicely from the chat we had a few weeks ago around mobile commerce and responsive design vs. mobile optimised stores.
The three loose, conversation-starter questions will be:
- What should retailers be thinking about when planning and designing a mobile app?
- How can you get customer feedback on app functionality/usage?
- Which retailers do you think provide brilliant apps and why?
