User Experience for Ecommerce

#EcomChat on Monday 24th August will look at User Experience for Ecommerce.

So for today’s chat we’re going to explore what’s important, what good looks like, as well as key considerations for measuring effectiveness. We’ll have three starter questions as always:

1. Is it still important to think about ‘User Experience’ for ecommerce, or can you just follow standard patterns?
2. If you’re wanting to actually improve User Experience, where should you start, and what might be a good set of processes to follow to get yours the best it can be?
3. Who does Ecommerce UX well? Are there any surprises/pitfalls that can be learned from them?
