Social Media Toolkit for Ecommerce
#EcomChat on Monday 16th May will discuss your “Social Media Toolkit”.
Social media is a fast evolving landscape, with new entrants and rapid changes to existing platforms, from the roll-out of new features to major investment in advertising solutions to driving monetisation. Around the social networks you’ll find a wide range of supporting technology designed to work for publishers and retailers to improve how they plan, execute, measure and optimise social media marketing.
What we want to know is this – is there a perfect social media toolkit you can put together than ticks all the marketing and commercial boxes for social media? We may all choose different vendors, but are there core tool types that everyone could and should be using? For example, does everyone need a social media management tool like Hootsuite and Tweetdeck, or a post scheduling tool like Buffer? Should you be using tools like SocialBro and Followerwonk for outreach and influencer management?
