Merchandising is a well known term and a core capability for ecommerce. But there’s a big difference between providing product recommendations and using data sensibly to determine when, where, to whom and what to show different types of customer based on their purchase intent and personal interests. So this chat will delve into how you can use data to improve the relevance and results from your merchandising campaigns.
