Being Productive when Working from Home

#EcomChat on Monday 30th March will look at what ecommerce teams and self-employed digital remoters can do to stay productive when there’s a lock down on physical connections.

Communication is critical to keeping an ecommerce site working smoothly, and much of this relies upon face to face time; planned meetings, stand-ups, ad-hoc chats etc. Now most of us are working from home, this can put a strain on our communication and working efficiency. Today’s chat is a forum for sharing advice on how to stay productive.

As usual, we’ll focus the chat around three key questions/discussion topics. For today’s site clinic we will cover the following site capabilities:

  1. What changes do you need to make when working remotely?
  2. How do you stay effectively connected to people?
  3. What tools are essential in helping keep comms flowing?
