Conversion Rate Optimisation

‘Conversion Rate Optimisation’ is now a very well established part of many digital teams’ activities. Does it work as well as it should for Ecommerce? Does it still work now people are likely to switch between tablets, mobile, desktop, and purchase across multiple touchpoints? How should companies approach it in 2017?

This week we’ll discuss all of the above & more (or possibly less).
