Ecommerce Planning & Strategy

EcomChat on Monday 6th December 2021 is on the topic of “Ecommerce Planning & Strategy” – a good topic as we head into 2022.

Over the last couple of years ecommerce has boomed even more than normal, and many retailers are now at the point where they’re taking stock & replanning for a postpandemic period ahead. Strategy & planning are tough topics, and often these are quieter ecomchat sessions, but we thought worth it to help those out there looking at this area at present.

As ever, there will be 3 loose questions to guide us through.

1. How much planning does an ecommerce business need to do, and how far ahead should it be?
2. What areas should you look at when creating or updating ecommerce strategy?
3. How do you know whether your ecommerce strategy is succeeding, or if you should rethink?
