Returns are an inevitable part of selling online. There are many reasons why customers return items, from faulty goods to issues with product fit and sending back the sizes that aren’t right. There is a lot written about the importance of a compelling returns process, but less about proven tactics to reduce returns rates for different product types.

So this week we’re going to get into the dirty wold of ecommerce returns and discuss techniques that can be used to provide a brilliant customer experience and help the business reduce its returns costs.
