Ecommerce Team Structure

The next #EcomChat will be on Monday 3rd June at 1pm UK time. The topic will be ‘Ecommerce Team Structure’, as suggested by @milson.

• Which roles should be in an ideal Ecommerce team? (feel free to offer more than one set depending on scenarios)
• What are the options for structuring the team, and how should responsibilities be divided?
