A starter to kick things off:
Episerver shared a case study with me in 2017 of a targeted email campaign that captured and isolated browsing behaviour over a 40 day period, and data matched to email addresses collected. Customers who bought products were removed to focus on non-buyers. They then sent out an email campaign where all product recommendations were personalised based on the browsing patterns.

Results:
Email re-opens increased by 20%
Email conversion increased by 55%
