This week’s #EcomChat looks at what small organisations with limited resource and budget can do to drive online customer experience and revenue.

Good practice is often talked about in the context of enterprise capability and investment in people and tools that require significant outlay e.g. AI/ML personalisation tools and data scientists.

However, most small businesses run on a shoestring budget and need to find more cost effective ways of delivering a fit-for-purpose ecommerce proposition. So how can they learn from the big players without breaking the bank?
