Ecommerce UX Optimisation

This week’s #EcomChat will be on the theme of “User Experience for Ecommerce”. The chat will take place at 1pm UK time on Twitter.

Most retailers use third party platforms to manage their ecommerce business today. This often means a mixture of platform-standard user experience patterns; little customisations built on top; plus a mix of extensions and plugins driving parts of it. In this week’s chat, we’ll talk about how to make sure UX is optimised within that environment!

As ever, there will be 3 conversation starter questions:

  1. Where on an ecommerce site should you make sure UX is perfect, and where should you just leave it ‘as standard’?
  2. How do you go about making sure UX is optimised?
  3. Which tools can you use to improve or measure ecommerce UX?

Thanks, Dan & James.

Join us at 1pm UK time on Monday 1st July and do share this post either on Twitter or via email with anyone you think would be interested.

p.s. If you’re wondering “what’s this about?” there is a page explaining all just here.
