Ecommerce UX Optimisation
This week’s #EcomChat will be on the theme of “User Experience for Ecommerce”. The chat will take place at 1pm UK time on Twitter.
Most retailers use third party platforms to manage their ecommerce business today. This often means a mixture of platform-standard user experience patterns; little customisations built on top; plus a mix of extensions and plugins driving parts of it. In this week’s chat, we’ll talk about how to make sure UX is optimised within that environment!
